“Pros: Clean house and very responsive Landlord. Andy is a nice and respectful man. Superintendent is a little funny sometimes, but she's a sweetheart. Thank you Vivian. Cons: The block is surrounded by auto shops and it's a little noisy during the day, in the morning specifically.”
