“Pros: Old school rent stabilized building. Great super, tenants have all been there forever and are quite a crowd. Cons: Landlord is not only a crook but also creepy (woohoo!) He monitors the cameras in the building constantly in a never-ending attempt to evict the rent stabilized tenants Advice to landlord: Get a job”
