“Pros: Good heat, and hot water Cons: Many roaches can’t control it, some have mice, greedy to get your money, don’t really care about tenants. Some tenants are rude and have no concern to peoples needs. They also made me pay for the safety bars that were already installed in the apartment $100. I had no choice because I had to leave from my last place. Advice to landlord: Screen your tenants a little better, especially young couples Ask for references”
