“Pros: Good location, next to city college and a good laundromat around the corner Cons: small for 3 rooms, very little closet space, next to an active firehouse which could get loud”

“Pros: It’s pretty clean and I have laundry in unit Cons: Took almost 4 months to get a lease renewal. We rarely get responses to email in a timely fashion. Lots of letter from con Ed to turn off service. Advice to landlord: Respond to your emails”
