“Pros: i loved my time in this apartment very much! christina only owns this one building so she’s extremely responsive and friendly and flexible with tenants. it’s a huge amount of space on a quiet, beautiful, historical block, and the laundry in the basement is a huge bonus. Cons: not many! the appliances were out of date in the kitchen but i know that they reno’d the apartment for the next tenants once we left. the back alley can get a little noisy and the heat stays on well into the spring but that’s normal nyc stuff Advice to landlord: n/a”
