“Pros: Only three units in the entire building Responsive landlord Great space + sunlight Amazing views of the highline Cons: No garbage collection so you have to put it out on the street three times a week. Recycling you can only put out once a week. Building is on a busy intersection. Advice to landlord: more pest control”
