“Pros: Got a good 2 bd 2bth fully furnished without paying a crazy amount. Cons: Management responds quick, but always with follow-up questions that make resolution take forever. There are also very limited availabilities from the partnered plumber so it takes time to resolve some issues. We've had several multi-day hot water outages, but it's been stable recently. Also the plumbing isn't great, water doesn't egress fast enough so it builds up in sinks, which makes things dirtier and requires more maintenance to clean more frequently. The area isn't the safest but I haven't had any problems. The supervisor isn't responsive if you contact him directly but OPGNY (our propery group) has had an okay time getting ahold of him. We've had 1 package stealing incident in the past 5 years. I've seen 1 rat in the lobby in the past 5 years. I've had drain fly issues surface twice, but I blame my roommate more than the building. Advice to landlord: Fix the plumbing?”
