“Pros: Building has small number of units and longtime residents. Very nice and responsive building manager. Super is nice and quiet, building is kept clean in common areas. Right above a bodega so that's very helpful (who are also very nice). Cons: Building is old; some things are not updated. Front door is sometimes broken but it is often repaired. They don't have regular pest maintenance; I didn't experience much pest issues but they will call for maintenance if requested. Advice to landlord: None”
