Not enough heat in the winter (sometimes it feels colder in my apartment than outside) Advice to landlord: Turn on the heat when it’s 35 degrees outside! Post more information (times they will be in building, etc) about the fumigation for newcomers, a sign up list with only a date is not enough.”
