“Pros: Large rooms, real hard wood floors, large windows, super was helpful and answered when you called. Cons: Smoke detector was never installed and the ceiling leaked quite a bit. We were in the top floor so it must’ve been an issue with the roof. The super came to do patch work multiple times over a year. Advice to landlord: Find a more permanent solution to the leak in 4F instead of continuously patching it.”
