“Pros: Culture-rich neighborhood, beautiful park Cons: Landlord and property management is absolutely awful. They cancelled our lease after asking basic safety questions (after we had already paid security and first) - we were able to get the money back thank God SUPER sketchy and disrespectful - do not care about their tenants google the name "Jack Geula" and see for yourself I'm writing this review to save someone else - I am so grateful we dodged a bullet with the lease being terminated Advice to landlord: Start caring about your tenants, have some integrity, life is short - don't be a scumbag”

Heat is either on when it's not supposed to be like in 70 degree weather and off when you need it most. Overall mid experience and will not be renewing when my lease is up. Advice to landlord: Actually care about your tenants or hire real management”
