“Pros: Love the building overall Cons: The elevators are always broken”

“Pros: Friendly staff, good amenities and upkeep. Cons: Management is rude and unresponsive, price hikes are insane, currently paying double what I payed three years ago, no way to contact anyone in an emergency. Advice to landlord: Train your admin staff to at least pretend they care about anything other than shareholders”

“Pros: The maintenance team is amazing and fix things immediatly Cons: The amenities arent great. Seem better on paper. The actual workspace has not great wifi and usually doesnt have AC”
