“Pros: Well located, rent stabilized Cons: Although I am very clean and I covered the holes I could, there is a persistent pest problem due to extremely messy, dirty neighbors and nothing is done by the owner to solve the issue. Advice to landlord: Comply with Indoor Allergen Hazards Law (Local Law 55) to resolve the issue.”
