— 484 9 AVENUE · Manhattan“Pros: The actual apartments are nice and the heaters don’t make wild noises like in some other NYC apartments. Laundry is good. Cons: Neighborhood can get sketchy at night and it’s very loud, both from honking and people yelling. Landlord is helpful only sometimes. Advice to landlord: Paint the walls a different color. The plain white is very harsh. Not sure how to fix the noise problem”
