“Unit 3D Pros: Location is great with proximity to good dining, bars, Trader Joes, and Central Park. Cons: My unit is very dark which is hard during the winter. Building has had pest issues since day 1 of my move in. I've never had any issues with pests in the past. There has been a rat that lives in the trash room for months. Also, if there's ever a spill in the hall, it takes weeks to be cleaned. Once there was cat litter spilled in the hall and it just stayed there for awhile. Other tenants seem to not mind the mess, but it's been very difficult for me to deal with. Additionally, things need to be updated, management could be better with repairing things in a timely manner.”

“Pros: The location in the upper west side is really nice. Lots of great restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Proximity to Central Park is great too. Cons: The super NEVER responds to me. The building rarely complies with the heat rules in the city. There was one weekend in December where we didn’t have heat or hot water for 3-4 days and we heard nothing from the management company nor the super. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything that is happening in the hall or in other apartments on your floor. We have no carbon monoxide detector nor does the smoke detector work. We have zero sunlight. When I’ve reached out to the management company via email they rarely respond at all. Advice to landlord: Do better please”
