“Pros: quick to fix issues and clean, unit good condition Cons: extra loud neighbors, garbage often overflowing but also not totally their fault (rummagers), backyard messy”

“Pros: Cheap New appliances / bathrooms are nice Cons: Noisy (thin walls) Dirty hallways and stairways (never cleaned) Had a broken HVAC for months Had baby roaches and took management a while to get an exterminator out Garbage in back area always got gross No microwave (odd)”
