“Unit 3W Pros: New management (J&M) did a much better job with pest control than the prior (we had a mouse problem and they were very unresponsive). Decent water pressure, nicely sized bedrooms, good natural light and location, portal payment was simple for rent. Cons: The mice problems, very old kitchen with no updates, first management company would not fix a no-longer functional cabinet, walk-up building with very narrow stairs made moving difficult. Very very hot in the winters due to radiator heat and in the summer. Advice to landlord: Continue spraying the ground floor, I think that made a big difference as far as the mice.”
