“Pros: Super easy access to various subway routes. The location is amazing. Great easy going & friendly neighbors. Amazing roof deck with new furniture! Cons: Occasionally packages are taken, not the buildings fault but people dressed up a UPS drivers. Advice to landlord: Maybe add a virtual doorman so we can see who is buzzing us from anywhere on our phones!”
