“Unit 1 Pros: Management is easy to get a hold of, will send out people ASAP. There's a backyard. They didnt raise rent after a year. Cons: The backyard is full of mosquitos, the humidity is insane I got mold on all of my shoes in the back, the heaters that come with the apartment do not work, electric was like 700 one month in winter. Theres silverfish in the back room. Oh theres cockroaches but those are getting more manageable. Also laundry sucks. Advice to landlord: Don't do the partial basement bro just dont”

“Unit 3 Pros: Issues were always dealt with, and never were big things. Also didn’t raise our rent for 5 yrs!! Cons: Basement (laundry) is run down and not maintained, and units are generally pretty small.”
