“Pros: Near subway and good water pressure Cons: Owner is a slum lord. Don’t be fooled by her sweat, nice demeanor. Enters unit without consent, has forced herself in and refused to leave, ROACHES, threatening/harassing texts/calls. Make sure everything is in writing otherwise she will deny something agreed upon. Dirty. Highly prejudice. No respect for boundaries or tenant rights. Just run. Advice to landlord: Respect tenants rights and don’t harass them. Don’t just collect rent and not take care of your responsibilities.”
