“Unit 4C Pros: Great Location. Close to Central Park. Cons: Pictures as advertised are not to scale. Living room is split to make room for third bedroom without a split-vac. Limited sunlight. Limited Storage.”

“Pros: Good location- right across the street from central park and close to the subway. Cons: Had mice (multiple sightings) and cockroaches and ownership did very little to help us. Not rent stabilized- they increased our rent by 20% from year 2 to year 3. Thin walls and squeaky floors, can pretty much hear when the upstairs or next door neighbor was playing music, playing with their pet, arguing, etc. Our bathroom ceiling (above the toilet) collapsed at one point and it took them almost a week to fix it fully and very little concessions on rent from that. Management is NO help and you should probably look elsewhere if possible.”

“Pros: Loved living near Central Park. My apartment was renovated with washer and a dryer Cons: No elevator and the apartment was nice design but small”

“Pros: It was close the park which provided a nice view and good walks. Cons: The building had roaches, the amenities in the listing where pretty half assed. Advice to landlord: Get rid of the bugs.”
