“Pros: Well maintained for the most part. Little noise from street. Cons: Beware of your packages going missing and noisy neighbors above.”

“Pros: The maintenance is good and they maintain the hallwaya and entry way. Other tenants in the building are nice. Units have washers and dryers which is nice. Near a lot of subway lines. Cons: The street is odd, there is a weird bar next door and lots of vacant retail space. Space is tight in the apartment. Packages get left in the hallways so you have to be careful. Mail gets lost because the address is confusing. Advice to landlord: More responsive management.”

“Unit 3F Pros: The area is pretty quiet Cons: The super never responded and it took months for him to fix big issues such as water leakage and lights that went out. The location is quiet but there are people shooting up right by the apartment, the price does not make up for the location. You can get a bigger apartment in a better location for the same price. Advice to landlord: Be better and stop over charging.”

“Pros: Nice building, well maintained. Cons: First floor apartment - do not live there. Right next to a terrible Kava bar that has people loudly outside all night. Tons of cigarette and marijuana smoke. You can hear everything at all hours of the day. Not worth the huge price tag, even for a duplex. Advice to landlord: Reduce the prices.”
