“Pros: It's an okay space in a crap building and honestly, the bodega across the street is the main attraction. That bodega is the only reason I've lived here as long as I did. Cons: Packages will go missing and management will not do anything about it (despite the "camera" on the first floor.) The code to the front door is often faulty and management is willfully unaware. The stairs are definitely a safety hazard as the steps wabble and the railing is barely holding on, which management has never cared to fix in my years living here. Used to be able to access the roof which was a major appeal, but that is no longer the case. Advice to landlord: Maybe come by the building sometime? You might be a bit shocked as to how severely this building has been neglected.”
