“Pros: Great location! Close to Williamsburg proper and L train. Great natural light. Cons: The roach infestation that overtook the entire building. Broken heat during winter. Broken buzzer. Everything except location. Advice to landlord: Hire an exterminator for regular service before tenants notice the infestation.”
