“Pros: Building management was very responsive & the apartment is quiet. Beautiful view of Manhattan from our outdoor space & roof. Great location too! We did really love the year we spent here & the other people in the building are very friendly. Cons: The appliances were constantly breaking or leaking & the bathtub always clogged. The roof leaked a little but they always did their best to try to fix any issues. Advice to landlord: Nope, we really enjoyed living here.”

— 462 CENTRAL AVENUE · Brooklyn“Pros: There are delis close by and parks. Apartments are relatively inexpensive. Each room has heat/AC unit. Cons: Noisy, the front door is always broken, packages get stolen. The landlord is awful, he will never give your security deposit back. Their maintenance guy breaks things instead of fixing them. They have workers come in the building without masks. They say they will come back to fix something and never do. Advice to landlord: Get into a new line of business.”
