“Unit 4R Pros: Large two bedroom, nice building overall and excellent location, close to shops and parks. Cons: Downstairs neighbor was awful (3rd floor neighbor). He yelled and shook the radiators, and complained over walking, vacuuming. A history of problems with this neighbor which is why tenants don't like to stay long living above him.”
