“Unit 2L Pros: Some great longtime residents for neighbors, light-filled space and responsive landlord. Good recent renovations. Cons: Hallway bannister was always broken, and landlord never fixed the mailboxes (they could be pulled out of the wall instead of using key). No buzzer in apartment or PA. Advice to landlord: Fix the mailboxes and install buzzers”

“Pros: Nice wood floors Cons: Mice in ceiling”
