“Pros: Low crime area, SUPER responsive management, lots of space and priced well Cons: I frequently had mouse and bug problems that persisted despite weekly pest control. Some neighbors were dangerously mentally unstable. There's a school nearby, and if you want to get to your apartment while school is dismissing you can forget it, because parents will crowd the sidewalk.”
