“Unit 25 Pros: Responsive Super Good Location Quiet Building Cons: Smoke detector needed replacing”

“Pros: Well maintained building. Responsive super. Right next to 181st St subway station. Cons: Sometimes there are mice and roaches. Sometimes packages get stolen. Advice to landlord: Video intercom system would be a good upgrade and should prevent package thieves from entering.”

“Unit 3A Pros: Elevator, w/d in basement, next to subway, super was good when I was there from 2017-2020. Cons: Building door sometimes doesn't close and lock. Heaters get too hot during winter. Owners are hard to contact except in person in midtown. Advice to landlord: Give an email and phone to tenants. Allow payment by card.”
