“Unit 6A Pros: The ONLY pro would be me getting to work within 15 minutes. Cons: Zero heat! Zero water pressure! Refurbished appliances with mold & roaches. Mr. Weissman take zero accountability & takes no action in putting in your maintenance request. NYC Building workers will become your friends because you will find yourself reporting this slumlord over & over again Advice to landlord: You take our money money then you should get to work DAILY!”
