“Unit 3B Pros: Not much noise in the back. Convenient to subway. Cons: Cheap about repairs and it shows. Getting real help for apartment issues feels like pulling teeth because they will do anything to not hire a real technician. Poor painting job for each new tenant that leaves paint on windows and doors.”
