“Pros: Nice building, clean, and responsive mgmt. Cons: Very loud, difficult to sleep, and the street is dead with businesses shutting down all the way towards Barclays Center. Lots of "for rent signs" and not much to do. There are better areas for the price”

“Pros: Great location, loads of options for food / groceries / shopping / etc nearby. Cons: AC issues but quick response Advice to landlord: keep it up”
