“Unit 1H Pros: nice neighbors, well-kept building, love the neighborhood. Cons: Linda Salomon is a terrible landlord. Good luck to you if anything in your apartment breaks. She will leave you with issues for months and then treat you like dirt if you dare ask her to open her purse and maintain her own property. Advice to landlord: To the co-op board? I've heard how badly you wanna get rid of Linda as a shareholder and for the love of God and for everyone else's sake please push back on her.”
