“Pros: Window views are okay. Cons: The landlord is extremely unresponsive and will not take care of any issues in the building. Water pressure is always too high. Overpriced for such a small place. Landlord won’t clean anything prior to rental. Pipes under sinks are covered with carton boxes and duck tape. Pipes leak everywhere. Advice to landlord: Take responsibility for your property.”
