“Pros: Renovated apartments (although very poorly renovated they looked nice at move in) Cons: Building is dirty. Landlord doesn’t answer the phone. Brown water. No hot water. Mice. Roaches. Garbage everywhere. Insecure front door. Painted over sprinkler system and they’ve received constant violations for fire systems not working.”
