“Pros: Great location, elevator, no issues with pests outside of trash area Cons: Multiple roach spottings trash area, packages often stolen, management and super respond with significant delay”

“Unit 1D Pros: Good building overall. Tucked in location and very responsive team. Cons: Some properties were AirBnB and could get loud based on who was staying there. Mainly weekends. Advice to landlord: Don’t allow short term rentals in the building.”

“Unit 1B Pros: Good location near Chelsea piers. Lobby is cleaned frequently. Decent value for area. In unit laundry Cons: A little far from the subway (~12 minute walk). Bedrooms are very small and lighting is not great. Property manager not very responsive when things break. Cockroaches have come a few times Advice to landlord: Be more responsive to maintenance issues”
