“Unit 3D Pros: units are decent size, garbage is taken out on time Cons: unresponsive mgmt, they don't care about cleanliness at all. the basement is maintained by the laundry company, Aces Laundry, which is the absolute worst. one of the three washers consistently floods and is left flooded for weeks-months at a time - the water turns BLACK WITH MOLD, making the basement and lobby REEK OF MOLD. DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH Advice to landlord: MAKE ACES LAUNDRY REPLACE THE MACHINE AND INVEST IN PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY CLEAN THE BUILDING”

“Pros: Unit had updated appliances and was nice and clean Cons: Rats in basement, roaches in apartment, heat was not always turned on - apartment was 40 degrees at one point during the winter Advice to landlord: Please make sure heat is turned on when needed”
