“Pros: On sight Super who watches the building well. Some units remodeled, regular pest control comes once a month. Rent payment done online, autopay. Cons: Noisy corner. Saw a cockroach here and there & heard rats in the walls though never saw any. was not really clean upon move in. Advice to landlord: none to add”
