“Pros: Building is kept clean, neighbors arn't too loud, pest control comes once a month so never had issues there. Cons: Management company are non responsive and can not keep their $ straight. They illegally took double rent out of my roommate's account without permission because they could not keep their ledger straight despite us clearly stating we have always paid on time. Advice to landlord: Train employees to be far more customer centric.”
