“Unit 3E Pros: Great location. A few kind long-term neighbors with rent control. Cons: Mice and Roaches. A lot. Issues with gas, hot water, and heat. Noisy. Transient residents. Always changing. Advice to landlord: Respond to tenant issues. Review heat and hot water complaints. Value tenants to encourage longer term stays rather than flipping for rent increases constantly.”
