“Pros: Beautiful building and lobby and loved the location. great doormen/packages/laundry when i was there Cons: We frequently had rodent or bug issues- super would help with them but it would happen somewhat frequently Advice to landlord: Fill holes behind kitchen/heat sources”

“Pros: Doormen are super sweet, all facilities are tidy and convenient. Never have had any issues with the washer dryer or storage rooms Cons: The heat is HOT in the summer so you have to play open window roulette, otherwise 0 complaints!”
