“Pros: I lived in this building for 3 years. The management company (ZuZu) was responsive, flexible, and super nice. And it’s in a great neighborhood. Overall was definitely one of the better buildings I’ve lived in. Cons: It’s right next to an bar that has an unregulated backyard so they don’t close it at 11 or midnight so it will just be loud all night if people are back there. The heat sometimes doesn’t work and I tried getting it fixed but it just kept breaking. And the rent on the apartment was a little high for the condition of the apartment that has not been updated, repainted between tenants, or professionally cleaned.”
