— 44-01 NORTHERN BOULEVARD · Queens“Pros: Great front desk staff, location, proximity to restaurants, supermarkets, and public transportation, great thermal insulation. Cons: Lackluster management with slow and tepid responses (if any), which contributes to staff burnout and tenant dissatisfaction, thin walls and shared vents lead to noise and smoke traveling far and wide. Some apartments have had build quality issues involving low water pressure or straight up leaks. Apartments on the east side have to put up with a disruptive drinking place with disgusting patrons that often leave bottles of urine across the street. Some residents have no regard for others when it comes to noise or trash, and management has not done enough to curb behavior. Trash rooms have been destroyed multiple times causing great frustration for the porters and tenants on affected floors. Some residents still refuse to use the chute and leave them outside the trash rooms or leave them festering on the floor. Advice to landlord: Please have the management be proactive and responsive.”
