“Unit 10D Pros: Exterminator comes monthly to spray Fairly quick to get everywhere in city Reasonably priced Cons: Building management is extremely unresponsive. The property manager will fix what he can - but when it comes to something like a cabinet door, yeah that will stay broken all year. Packages are often stolen, you hear all your neighbors. We have found 2 dead roaches and one live one in the bathroom in 1 year and dealt with a mouse problem (not horrible for nyc but not great.) Also don’t take the trash to the basement at night or the roaches will attack. Also the street recently converted a mothers shelter to more of a mental facility so the amount of crime and homeless issues have increased in the past year.”
