“Unit 22 Pros: Have lived here for a few years. Majority is younger adults but some families in here. Apartment is standard for nyc Cons: Packages being stolen, apartments aren’t updated”

“Pros: Cheap. That’s literally it. Cons: TERRIBLE mouse problem. I lived on the sixth floor and had persistent problems that were never fixed, and the landlord tried to gaslight me into thinking we were the only unit that ever had a problem and we were the problem. I literally am so paranoid now about mice. Advice to landlord: Seal up for mice and get rodent control”

“Pros: I always felt really safe in the area no matter what time of day I was walking around. Cons: The water pressure wasn’t great, and having to go outside to access the laundry room was a BIG struggle in the winter. Advice to landlord: A little more attention paid to the tenants would be nice. Emails were answered in a really rude tone.”
