“Pros: quiet area and neighbors, budget housing, management is trying to make the building better Cons: The radiators are too noisy, there is not always enough water pressure in the shower Advice to landlord: don't stop improving building”

“Pros: Great area, friendly super, most neighbors are friendly. Cons: If you end up having noisy upstairs neighbors, you're out of luck. There is no sound proofing between the floors. This is a major minus of this building. Water pressure is low.”

“Pros: Large rooms, gas and water included. Lot's of wardrobs. Nearby is Cortelyou with nice restaurants, bars and groceries. Cons: Building hasn't been renovated, some tenants report mouses. I had a problem with roaches...Bathroom is old.”
