“Pros: Super lives in the building, super attentive. Management brings exterminator every 4th Friday and it's up to you if you want them to come in. Super attentive with any leaks etc. Wish I could stay since they're great. Cons: Didn't love the fact that the heat was from steam, but you get used to it.”
