“Pros: mostly quiet neighbors, living space is nice, common areas kept clean, building security generally good Cons: thin walls, can hear neighbors snoring at night, sometimes cigarette smoke comes through the vents Advice to landlord: enforce no smoking rules in the building”

“Pros: Really great and responsive super; clean building; nice neighbors; great neighborhood. Cons: Thin walls and even though it’s temporary, extremely loud construction next door. Advice to landlord: In a sublet and my specific landlord is awful. Extremely unresponsive, rude, disrespectful, and decided to move back in without giving me enough notice to find a new place. Wonderful building but avoid subletting with this person. Truly the worst landlord experience I’ve ever had.”
