“Unit 3405 Pros: - No pests - smooth move in and move out with separate elevator - quick and speedy maintenance - nice doormen - had special events once in a while with free food - overall very clean and luxury style - I think you also got 1k off for one month if a resident gave you a referral idk - it’s like a 5 min walk to queens plaza and 8 to queens borough plaza - close to city acres and Asian supermarket Cons: - sometimes I could hear train noises from unit - a few time the elevator could take a while - idk if it’s a con but there’s a 75 amenity fee and I just didn’t use them that much - when I was there there was construction so we’d have to the back entrance which could be annoying”
— 43-22 QUEENS STREET · Queens“Pros: modern, nice gym, w/d in unit, doorman who manages packages Cons: construction, loud noise, random columns in apartment”
— 43-22 QUEENS STREET · Queens“Pros: Great amenities and location with great front desk and responsive management. Cons: A lot of construction surrounding it so it can be noisy. Also the LIRR passes by and honks so you can hear it periodically.”
— 43-22 QUEENS STREET · Queens“Pros: A lot of markets, and bubble tea spot. 10 mins walk to Trader Joe’s and Target is great. Some nice Asian markets too. Transportation is also great. Have E, N, R, W, Q, 7, G train and more near the apartment. Ceiling is high, so room feels spacious. Beautiful lobby. Cons: Pretty expensive. It’s LIC, so.. No mosquito net. I hate insects and I can’t open windows during summer cuz there’s no mosquito net on windows. Some units have a giant pillar in the room, making it hard to arrange furniture. Construction going on everywhere. Sometimes I feel some kind of slight vibration or shaking coming from the building? Have no idea what that is. I saw some pill bugs and centipedes around the lobby. I think it’s from the garden in the lobby. I sometimes see termites and spider beetles in my room. Not a lot, but still hate it.”
“Pros: - great management & people - clean amenities Cons: - lots of dogs -> dog piss by the building - construction Advice to landlord: n/a”
— 43-22 QUEENS STREET · Queens“Pros: Front desk staff is amazing, always happy and super helpful. Cons: The surrounding construction is making living here such a terrible experience. We went through weeks we did not have access to the front entrance, and now we have to go through the ridiculous maze. A lot of issues with deliveries and Ubers because of the construction; we have multiple canceled food and grocery orders because the drivers cannot find the building, or doesn't want to come through the construction site. Honestly can't blame them, it is terrible.”
— 43-22 QUEENS STREET · Queens“Pros: Clean and nice view. Cons: Leasing office is extremely mean Advice to landlord: Control the new building's working time, nobody wants to wake up at 7 am on Saturday.”
— 43-22 QUEENS STREET · Queens“Unit 237 Pros: Wonderful staff, lovely apartments, great amenities, clean Cons: Surrounding construction, expensive, some inconsiderate neighbors Advice to landlord: The building is very well run. Thank you for your hard work and attention to detail.”
— 43-22 QUEENS STREET · Queens“Pros: Friendly front desk Large gym Cons: Construction surround the building. Very noisy. Advice to landlord: Lower the rent!!!!!!”
— 43-22 QUEENS STREET · Queens“Pros: Great amenities, responsive front desk Cons: So close to two construction sites and they are really LOUD!”

— 43-22 QUEENS STREET · Queens“Pros: Nice and responsible doorman/women. Nice maintenance persons. Staff are are always friendly. It’s a bit on the pricier side but we don’t have anything to complain. Cons: A bit pricey”
— 43-22 QUEENS STREET · Queens“Pros: Doormen, staff, cleanliness Cons: No cell signal on high floors”
— 43-22 QUEENS STREET · Queens“Pros: - Large walk in closets - Professional staffs; the front desk, maintenance and leasing office staffs are all professional and very nice. - Washer/dryer in unit for all units. Some of the luxury high rise buildings, especially in Manhattan, do not have washer/dryers for studio units probably due to limited space. Here all stuio units have washer/dryers in their units. - Beautiful amenities - Prompt maintenance Cons: - It seems that a lot of tenants here are young students. I've seen some of them leaving trash bags on the floor in the refuse room instead of throwing them into the chute. I had very noisy neighbor who would play music very loudly 2-3AM in the morning. I wish the management can either carefully choose potential tenants or manage them better. - Huge pillars in the middle of units. Some of the units in the building are loft style where they kept the pillars. It is great to have high ceilings but those pillars make it a bit difficult for furniture arrangements. And it's all exposed (no painting) so personally I find it unappealing. But there are other units without those pillars so you can choose. Advice to landlord: Better evaluation of potential tenants for qualification”
— 43-22 QUEENS STREET · Queens“Pros: Professional and attentive staff in all departments I have interacted with (leasing, front desk/packages, maintenance) I actually chose this building among many similar options in LIC because the leasing team was highly responsive and made the process of viewing and leasing remotely from across the country painless — that level of professionalism has continued It’s a new building — things are quality and in good order Cons: Community grills were removed summer 2020 (leaving only ones with a $$ reservation fee — annoying bc grill access is something I actually care about in the summer hope they come back) No real community feel (neighbors do not say hi or smile etc., but that may just be a NYC thing) Advice to landlord: Some Coronavirus-related policies were quite stringent and overdone (for example, having to reserve roof at specific times just to sit in the open air then wait to be let out)”
— 43-22 QUEENS STREET · Queens“Pros: Beautiful amenities including gym garden and lobby, unit is bright and sunny, all facilities and utilities are good Cons: Expensive, many units have a pillar in the mid of the room. No security camera in the hallway, charging extra for gym, very difficult to sublease Advice to landlord: Many amenities are closed due to covid, if management clean it more often it’s better to open them”
