“Pros: The lobby is well maintained. The plants in the hallways of each stair adds color to the building. Flights of stairs are very short. Cons: The elevator is haunted and will skip certain floors randomly. The stairs are very steep. The management company delayed 3 weeks over, then falsely accused us of damaging the hallway and elevator with no proof. They withheld our entire security deposit showing no evidence of the cost of the "damage".”
